Information You Provide to Us (by your actions)
This is information directly from you when you provide it to us, which may include personally identifying information such as name, email address, telephone number, or any other identifier type.
This information is collected when you complete a form to send us an email, schedule a phone meeting, or request an automated email reminder for you to check for any new representation offers on the website.
Information We Collect About You (not by your actions)
This information is about you but does not individually identify you, automatically collected as you navigate through the site to include about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Website, and usage details.
Information is also automatically collected through cookies that are small files or pieces of text placed on your computer or device, and web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs), which consists of only statistical data and does not include personal information.
Information that Squarespace Collects Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies
Squarespace.com, our website hosting service, place cookies on the computer or device of website visitors that are essential to the functionality of representation-offers.com. These essential cookies must be accepted to access and browse this website.
Other cookies placed by Squarespace are not essential, but are very useful for analytic purposes that give valuable insights derived from activity on the site, making the site more successful. It will be your choice whether to accept these non-essential cookies, by selecting either the “accept” or “decline” button that appears on the bottom of your arrival page at representation-offers.com. This decision will be good for 30 days, after which you will again be prompted to make the same (or different) decision.
Additional non-identifying information (that are not cookies) is automatically collected from website visitors by Squarespace that include browser type, network, device type, web pages views, links followed to visit this website, and your computer or device IP address. Accessing and browsing this website constitutes your acceptance of allowing SSD Evaluations, LLC to obtain this information collected by Squarespace, thus allowing valuable insights from which to make the site more successful.
Information that Third Parties Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies
Your use of the website functions made possible by third parties constitute your acceptance of the information they collect as described below.
Synthesia.io
The website has several instructional videos that were created using artificial intelligence (“AI”), which includes an introduction of the home page that uses the likeness and voice of the creator of this service. These AI videos are created using a third party platform at Synthesia.io. Viewing these embedded videos is effectively done on their website (i.e., though you will never leave representation-offers.com), allowing Synthesia to use metrics like the number of views and watch time at an aggregate level. Synthesia does not use any cookies or other technologies to track individual viewers of embedded videos.
Calendly.com
The contact page on this website also includes an opportunity to schedule a phone meeting with us, using a third party integration with Calendly.com. Doing so requires your name, phone number and email address, and optionally a phone number that can receive a text message. This contact information will only be used to make the phone call, and to send email and text reminders of a scheduled phone meeting.
Calendly automatically collects other information from invitees, without the control of the Company, including information that your browser sends whenever you make a phone meeting appointment. This information may include the web address you came from or are going to, your device model, operating system, browser type, IP address, mobile network carrier, and time zone or approximate location. Calendly also uses cookies that help customize your experience as an invitee, improve your experience, and help detect and prevent fraud and security risks. When visiting the embedded booking page for the first time, you will see a cookie banner specific to the use of Calendly to make an appointment. You will have the option to reject or accept all cookies, and to change your preference at any future time by a “Cookie Settings” link on the booking page. Click here for more information about Calendy’s privacy policy for invitees via the embedded Calendly booking form.
JotForm.com
The form used for you to optionally receive an email reminder of any new representation offers was possible using a third party platform at JotForm, Inc. (“JotForm”), enabling JotForm to place cookies on your computer or device, which are small files or pieces of text that are used for a variety of reasons. Participation in the evaluation constitutes acceptance of all these cookies as described below.
Some cookies are essential to functionality of the request form, helping JotForm make the form usable by, for example, enabling basic functions like page navigation. The request form cannot function properly without these essential cookies.
Jotform also uses cookies that are not essential to the request form’s functionality, but help JotForm understand, for example, how visitors interact with the form, how well the form is performing, and to enable analytic functions.
Additional non-identifying information (that are not cookies) may be automatically collected by JotForm from evaluation participants that include browser type, network, device type, web page views, the link followed to arrive at representation-offers.com (if any), and your computer or device IP address. Doing the evaluation constitutes your acceptance of allowing JotForm to obtain this additional information.
Go to jotform.com/privacy for more information, referring to sections relevant to form responders.
Of all the above information collected by JotForm, only the IP address is provided to SSD Evaluations, LLC. It is needed to enforce violations of the terms of use to participate in this evaluation.
All the forms used in the case evaluation are served by Jotform across a protected 256 bit SSL connection that uses a SHA256 Certificate, and uses the standard of security as required by major credit card companies (JotForm is a PCI DSS Service provider and Level 1 compliant).
